Participants will be staying at the Kulgi Nature Camp on sharing basis. Elegant simple & comfortable rooms with bed linens, ceiling fans & an attached bathroom.
Food: The campsite will provide breakfast, lunch (Veg and Non-veg) and dinner (Veg and Non-veg). Final day the dinner (Veg Biryani) would be provided and packed into child’s tiffin box.
Breakfast would contain: A South Indian Breakfast (Idli-Vada, Poori, Dosa, Mangalore Buns etc) along with Sprouts, Bread, Butter, Jam, Cut Fruits, Egg, Fresh fruit juice.
Lunch would contain: Roti (Chapathi, Jowar roti), Curry (2 types of curry cereals and vegetable), Dal, Sweet dish, Salad, Papad, Pickle, Curd, Butter milk, Jeera Rice and Non-veg dish (Chicken or fish). Special local dish would be served each time.
Dinner would contain: Roti (Chapathi, Jowar roti), Curry (2 types of curry cereals and vegetable), Dal, Sweet dish, Salad, Curd, Papad, Pickle, Jeera Rice and Non-veg dish (Chicken or fish). Special local dish would be served each time.
Evening Hi-Tea: Snacks (Samosa, Cheese Vada Pav, French fries, Kachori, Pakoda), Badam milk, Milk (plain), Tea/Coffee on request.

Clothes: Comfortable clothing, Preferably Hiking & Outdoor wears for 3 Days
Shoes: 1 pair + Slipper 1 pair + pairs of socks
Cap/hat (Preferably in earthy tones like green, brown, or dull colors for a forest-friendly setting)
Toiletries: Toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, Shampoo (sachet/small bottle)
Medical Kit: Personal medicines, 4 small band-aids, Insect repellent, Sunscreen & sanitizer
Torch with functioning batteries
Water bottle: 1 L (Non Breakable and easy to use)
Small backpack for day trips (10-15L)
Fully equipped Art case + color pencils (Optional)

Travel from Bangalore (KSR) to Hubli Jn. will be an additional cost.
Travelling by train (Rani Channamma Express) is the best option.
Local travel will be borne by Vanalok (Hubli Jn – Dandeli and back, and around Dandeli)
Alternate option is to travel by bus, Bangalore – Dandeli – Bangalore.
Valuables: Expensive Jewellery, Non-waterproof watches & gadgets, , Harmful or Hazardous substances.
Pack light: Avoid bulky items like fancy jackets, bed sheets, etc., Limit use of strong perfumes, cosmetics and fragrant lotions.
