Accurate information helps us ensure your child’s safety and comfort during the camp.

The program includes age-appropriate outdoor and nature-based activities such as:

• Nature trails and guided forest walks
• Wildlife and bird observation
• Basic survival and outdoor learning skills
• Nature games and team-building activities
• Environmental awareness sessions
• Creative nature-based workshops 

These activities involve moderate physical activity and exposure to natural environments, including insects, uneven terrain, mud, sun, and changing weather conditions.

• All sessions will be conducted under the supervision of trained facilitators and camp leaders.
• First aid support will be available on-site at all times.
• In case of emergency, appropriate medical services will be contacted immediately.
• Parents/guardians will be informed promptly in case of any medical concern.
• Children are expected to follow safety instructions at all times.

Parents/guardians must ensure that:

• The child is physically fit to participate in outdoor activities.
• Any medication required during camp hours is clearly labeled and handed over with written instructions.
• Emergency contact details provided are accurate and reachable during camp hours.
   

To maintain a safe and positive environment for all participants:

• Children must respect facilitators, fellow campers, and nature.
• Bullying, aggressive behavior, or intentional damage to property will not be tolerated.
• Urban Mowgli reserves the right to dismiss a participant in case of serious misconduct, after informing parents.

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Junior Naturalist Summer Camp 2.0 organized by Urban Mowgli.

I confirm that:

• I understand the nature of the activities involved and acknowledge the potential risks associated with outdoor programs.
• I have provided accurate medical and emergency contact information.
• My child is physically and medically fit to participate in the camp activities.
   

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the organizers to seek necessary medical treatment for my child.

I hereby release Urban Mowgli (Vanalok), its organizers, staff, volunteers, and associated partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during my child’s participation in the camp, except in cases of proven negligence.

I consent to photographs or videos taken of my child during the camp being used by Urban Mowgli for educational, promotional, and documentation purposes (including social media, website, and brochures).

I confirm that:

• I will ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of my child.
• I will inform the organizers in advance if someone else is authorized to pick up my child.
• The authorized person will carry valid identification if required.
